This all started one night while talking to my British friend Gilly about
pizza. We were talking about what we liked on our pizza, and he
mentioned that in England, a popular topping is "pine nuts."
This made me wonder: if England, a country not too dissimilar
from my own, has such an unusual topping, what sort of toppings
exist in other countries? Thus began my quest...
